Jennifer Schaus volunteered as an instructor and/or mentor with 1776, Eastern Foundry, Women In Technology (WIT) Veterans Business Outreach Center (VBOC), Towson University Incubator, Bunker Labs/Capitol Post . She currently volunteers as a instructor for The Maryland and the Virginia Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTAC).

She has served on the Board of Directors for The Society Of American Military Engineers (SAME), National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Bethesda Chapter and GovLish, LLC,, National Military Intelligence Association (NMIA) and The Virginia Opera and The Foggy Bottom Association.

Ms. Schaus has spoken to audiences at The Small Business Administration (SBA), National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA), Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP)/American Express, The Wharton Innovation Summit, Women In Defense, National Defense Intelligence Association (WID/NDIA), Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), Armed Forces Communications Electronic Association (AFCEA) and more.
