SBA Scorecard
The SBA (Small Business Administration) evaluates the US Federal Government Departments on how they performed in meeting small business goals. The SBA Scorecard is publicly available and published at the end of every fiscal year.
The small business goals are (approx) 24% direct awards to small businesses and (approx) 36% indirect awards to small business sub-contractors.
Sub-contracting goals are in effect when the procurement is $700,000 or above ($1,500,000 for construction).
Small business goals are further broken down as:
5% Women Owned;
5% Disadvantaged;
3% HUBZone (Historically Underutilized Business Zone);
3% SDVO (Service Disabled Veteran Owned).

Department of Commerce includes Bureau of Economic Analysis; Census Bureau; International Trade Administration; NOAA Fisheries; National Institute of Standards and Technology; National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration; National Ocean Service; National Technical Information Service; National Telecommunications and Information Administration; National Weather Service; Patent and Trademark Office.
